DominguesMusic Studio was founded in 2006 with the intention to provide a fun and positive environment for those who want to learn music!
Stephanie is a registered Royal Conservatory of Music teacher where each of her students have achieved Honour and First Class Honours in their RCM Examinations. She is currently teaching students between the age of 5 and 65 years old piano, vocal and theory lessons in either a private or group setting. Stephanie is committed to the development of each student and offers exceptional private training.

Practical Lessons:
Enjoy either a 30minute, 45minute or 60minute practical lesson which is structured to increase musicianship, musical technique and story-telling. In each lesson, you will learn proper breathing technique and alignment, vocal placement and resonance or proper piano playing technique, sight reading skills, and of course, how to tell a story through your voice or the piano!
Theoretical Lessons:
DominguesMusic Studio offers both group and private theory lessons, following the Royal Conservatory of Music outline for Theoretical Exams. At the end of each term, students will have the opportunity to take their exams, tracking their progress and gaining the prerequisites for their practical RCM diplomas.
Music for Kids:
DominguesMusic also offers Music for Kids, a specific program designed for kids and their first experience with music, either playing the piano or singing. This program provides the fundamental basics of music and technique. Each student learns Introductory Theory focusing on note naming, creating scales and reading basic music, Introductory Piano where each student learns to play scales, sight reading basic music, and exploring the full range and sounds of the piano as well as Introductory Singing, where each student learns basic breathing, technique and vocal technique. This course is offered in both a private and group setting.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with further studies in Vocal Pedagogy, Choir Pedagogy. She is currently studying at the University of British Columbia completing her Master of Music in Opera Performance. Stephanie continues to study with the most successful and celebrated teachers and opera coaches in Canada and abroad while maintaining an active performance career throughout North America and Europe.
